The Risk Management team offers a 24-hour emergency risk management hotline for our insured psychiatrists/neurologists with direct and immediate access to risk management information when the need arises, even beyond traditional business hours. This toll-free hotline is dedicated solely to Allied World’s insured psychiatrists/neurologists and is provided at no cost. The hotline is staffed during business hours but is available through the hotline number 24/7 should an emergency issue arise. Psychiatrists/Neurologists have accessed the hotline after hours on many occasions for a variety of emergency issues, including imminent duty to warn issues.

Proof of coverage may be issued on the same day your application is approved, and payment is received. Your certificate of insurance will be emailed to you (usually by the next business day after approval and payment). A Declarations page will be sent to you via USPS shortly thereafter.
